How to Apply

Option 1
If you find a position of interest you may submit an application electronically by clicking "apply online". This is an interactive pdf document so you can fill out each section on your computer. The steps below will demonstrate this process. If you have questions, please call 315-734-3350.

If the "Submit" button does not automatically send the application, please save the file to your computer so
you can attach and send it with your personal email account. (see step 8 below)

Nursing applications should be emailed to: Abby Bordiuk, abordiuk@stemc.org

Option 2
You may also chose to print the application, fill it out and mail to:

1. Chose a category of positions you would like to search for.
2. Once you have found a position of interest click on its link for more information.
3. Below the position description, click the link "Apply Online".
4. Fill out the electronic form.
5. On the last page of the form click signature. Follow the steps to complete the online signature.
6. Next, click submit.
7. If you have a default email system set up on your computer ex. Microsoft Outlook, select the first option, "Desktop Email Application". This will attach the form to your email automatically.
8. If you do not have a default email system set up, select the second option, "Internet Email". This will allow you to save the application to your computer so you can attach and send it with your personal email account.
