Registered Nurse Case Manager - Home CareIn search of qualified RN candidates for a full time, day shift. Primary functions to include admission assessments and plan of care development. One year med/surg experience required; critical care and/or home care experience preferred. Looking for someone with proven abilities to be self-directed, have excellent time management skills and independent decision-making skills. Excellent computer skills (EHR experience).
