Our 14 Community sites provide healthcare services over a 30 mile radius throughout Oneida and Herkimer counties.

Various Healthcare services include Primary Care Specialties of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with a focus on health maintenance and disease prevention. Additional services are also provided at the Women’s Health Center, including Prenatal Care and Gynecology and the Children’s Health Center, including Pediatric Pulmonology. There are approximately 121,000 patient visits to our Community offices annually.
