School of Radiography
About Us
The School of Radiologic Technology at St. Elizabeth Medical Center was originally established in 1945. With the support and guidance of the Sisters of St. Francis, the education of radiologic technologists became a formalized program in 1964. Successful completion of this program will lead to a certification in radiologic technology and eligibility to take the National licensing examination.
Due to changes by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology, (AART) St. Elizabeth School of Radiography will not be accepting applications. For more information click here.
Students are now required to have an Associate degree in order to obtain licensure. Mohawk Valley Community College will be offering an Associate degree program in Radiologic Technology to fullfill this requirement. Learn more about MVCC's program here.
