Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a High School diploma or equivalency
Majors in Math and Science are preferred
Currently, all candidates must have a minimum of 15 General Education college credits; specifically English, Statistics and Medical Terminology. Beginning in September 2013, students will be required to possess a minimum of an associates degree to be considered for admission to the program.
A GPA 2.5 or better
All qualifying candidates must have a personal interview prior to admission
All candidates must take and pass a physical examination to ensure that they are physically able
to perform the duties of a Radiologic Technologist. (This requirement is necessary ONLY when
all other criteria have been met.)
Drug and Background checks: Admissions may be made conditional upon successful completion of such examinations and tests.
Submit application with check or money order for $40. (non-refundable) Payable to St. Elizabeth School of Radiography.
Contact High School and any/ all colleges to have your transcripts sent to the school
You are required to have two (2) letters of reference (employers, teachers, counselors)
NO family members or friends. Must use our Reference Form.
You may make an appointment for your interview when you have submitted application,
references and transcripts.

A student who wishes to transfer from another School of Radiography to St. Elizabeth School of Radiography will be considered on an individual basis. The student should submit the application form and all other required forms ie., health insurance, CPR certification, as well as transcripts of previous courses.
The following criteria is used in considering the transfer:
The transfer must be from an accredited School of Radiography.
May not lose more than two (2) weeks between transfers.
Must meet the academic and clinical standards of St. Elizabeth's program.
The curriculum of the programs must be compatible.
A personal Interview will be required.
A letter of reference will be requested from the former Program Director.
A grade of 85% is the minimal acceptable grade for transfer credit.
Reason for transfer.
The candidate's educational background grades and other abilities will be used to determine the eligibility for the program and for placement in the appropriate level.
