St. Elizabeth Medical Center Foundation will hold our annual Leadership and Recognition event June 12, 2012 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hart’s Hill Inn in Whitesboro.

This special event honors the Foundation’s generous donors. Each year, the Foundation also awards the Humanitarian of the Year Award and the Excelsior Award, two distinctive honors for whom the recipients are nominated each year. The recipient of the Humanitarian of the Year Award is recognized for their commitment, kindness and philanthropy to the Medical Center, and the Excelsior Award is given to a member of the medical staff in recognition of distinguished physician leadership, vision in the healthcare field and dedication to patients and colleagues.

The Franklin Club, Elizabethan Society and St. Elizabeth Legacy Society are annual giving opportunities that support the Medical Center in keeping up with the ever-changing healthcare demands, deliver cures, and care for patients. The St. Elizabeth Legacy Society provides the opportunity to create a charitable legacy that will continue philanthropy beyond one’s lifetime, keeping a family name remembered and generosity woven into the lives of others. Many types of gifts allow you to fulfill your charitable intentions and may result in immediate and possible future benefits. The Elizabethan Society is committed to maintaining distinguished programs of quality patient care and health education. Members contribute a gift of $10,000 not to exceed ten years. The Franklin Club helps the Medical Center to meet its highest priority needs. Member giving levels include $100, $250, and $500
