Lights of Love Remembrance Service
A Holiday Tradition Continues
In celebration of St. Elizabeth Medical Center’s (SEMC) 150th anniversary, we proudly present the 16th annual Lights of Love campaign. The St. Elizabeth Campus will be illuminated by holiday lights following the Candle Lighting and Remembrance Service on Wednesday, November 30 at 4:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Utica. Each light represents a contribution received in honor or in memory of a loved one, to wish someone a speedy recovery, to recognize a special event or caregiver who has provided exceptional care or as a special holiday gift.
Gifts to Lights of Love support the purchase of specialized equipment for our Mohawk Valley Health System Cardiac Services Program located at SEMC.
To make a contribution to Lights of Love, please submit your donation online or print and mail the attached form and return it by Friday, November 18, 2016. A list of donors and honorees will be on display at the Medical Center throughout the holiday season. A card will be sent to your honoree(s) notifying them of your gift. Your honoree’s name will also be read during the Candle Lighting Ceremony, unless you indicate otherwise.
All contributions are tax deductible. For more information, please call 315-624-5574. You may also visit the Foundations websites for a listing of those recognized through Lights of Love at www.stemc.org/foundation and www.faxtonstlukes.com/foundation. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity.
Wishing you and your family a blessed holiday season!
