Community Locations
The Medical Group provides healthcare services to the
community over a 30-mile radius in 13 offices with 38 providers.
Healthcare services are provided in the Primary Care Specialties of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with a focus on health maintenance and disease prevention. Additional services are also provided at the Women’s Health Center, including prenatal care and gynecology and the Children’s Health Center, including Pediatric Pulmonology. There are approximately 121,000 patient visits in the Medical Group offices annually.
The New Hartford practice has relocated to the former Hartford Insurance Building, now St. Elizabeth Medical Arts at 4401 Middle Settlement Road.
The Medical Group will be implementing an electronic health record (E H R) in late 2010. The paper-based record systems will be developed into an automated health record that allows our organization with an opportunity to improve quality care and patient safety.
