Total Knee Replacement Surgery
The following will provide you with important information about your total knee replacement. Included are directions about testing before surgery and how you should prepare for surgery. There are also suggestions of things to bring to the hospital, as well as preparing your home for your return after hospital discharge.
This information is relevant to 90-95% of Total Knee Replacements. Your recovery may be longer or shorter than predicted in this packet and your doctor may have special instructions for you to follow.
