Adirondack Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy Center

Adirondack Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Center has been serving our community for 21 years and is the oldest sports medicine center in the area. We are currently located in our newly renovated facility in the St. Elizabeth Medical Arts Building at 4401 Middle Settlement Road in New Hartford.

Our team of physical therapists provide outpatient rehabilitation and a full range of physical therapy services with aerobic and strengthening equipment, physical agents, and balance training.
Professionals at the new site include physical therapists certified in athletic training, the McKenzie™ methods of mechanical diagnosis and management of spinal injuries and the Ergoscience™ method of evaluation of injured workers for pre and post employment.
Screenings and functional capacity evaluations are also offered.

Staff members are also certified in the Sportmetrics™ program developed to prevent ACL injuries in athletes.
