Are you a loud habitual snorer, disturbing your bedroom companion?
Do you feel tired and groggy on awakening?
Do you experience sleepiness and fatigue during waking hours?

Have you been observed choking, or gasping or holding your breath during sleep?
Sleep Apnea is a disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing while you sleep. Sleep apnea can increase the risk for high blood pressure, heart attack, or stroke.
