Admissions

The School of Radiography fully subscribes to all federal and state civil rights laws banning discrimination in higher education. No otherwise qualified candidate shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, age, color, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, marital status, handicap, or sexual orientation.

Requirements for Admission:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalency
  • Majors in Math and Science are preferred
  • All candidates must have 15 General Education college credits.
  • All qualifying candidates must have a personal interview prior to admission
  • All candidates must take and pass a physical examination to ensure that they are physically able to perform the duties of a Radiologic Technologist. (This requirement is necessary ONLY when all other criteria have been met)

Steps to take for Admission:

  • Submit application with check or money order for $30. (non-refundable)
  • Contact High School and college to have your transcripts sent to the school
  • You are required to have three (3) letters of reference (employers, teachers, counselors) - NO family members or friends
  • You may make an appointment for your interview when you have submitted application, references and transcripts.
